Information letter in package
Thank you for your order. Your order has been packed and shipped with the greatest care. All the products are checked and packed by ourselves. Even though we pack your order with the utmost care, damage due to transport can still happen. We are still depending on third parties like PostNL and our international carriers.
Damage and/or breakage
Always check if the box and the products are delivered undamaged. If there is unfortunate damage to one or more of the products, you need to report this via E-mail or the contact form on our website. A full description and/or correct filled out form speeds up the settlement process.
The damage/breakage needs to be reported within 12 hours after delivery.
Photo’s of the damaged packaging and the damaged products needs to be enclosed to the damage report. Damaged products can be (partially) refunded. It may be possible that you need to return the damaged product.
Note: If you live outside the Netherlands, we need more than just a picture of the damaged packaging and product. For the insurance you are obligated to provide us the following:
- A picture of the outer packaging including the label.
- A picture of the inner packaging and the protective packaging material
- Photos of the articles. Preferably a picture of all the articles together and 2 detail photos of the damage.
For packages outside Europe we need a claim report/damage report and also must be requested by the recipient of the package. This can be done at the post office.
!!Without those photo's and claim report we cannot offer you any refunds, anymore. Due to the fact the insurance will not accept the claim without those files.!!
Never return a product without a reason. A return needs to be filed via E-mail, we will send you a return form. This form needs to be filled out and signed. This form needs to be send along with the product(s) you want to return.
The expenses of the return are for your own account.
Because we care about the environment, mother Earth we re-use our packaging materials.
